彭墨,女,汉族,河南信阳人,博士,教授,硕士生导师。研究方向:水产动物营养与健康养殖。美国爱达荷大学访问学者。江西省大宗淡水鱼营养与饲料岗位科学家,入选江西省“双千计划”首批培养类(自科类)科技创新高端人才(青年)项目和江西农业大学未来之星项目。主讲本科生课程《水产饲料加工工艺学》、《贝藻类栽培学》、《动物营养与饲料学》、《渔业经济管理》、《淡水养殖学实验》等实验课程教学,此外主讲了研究生课程《水产动物营养与饲料及生物饵料专题》等课程。至今主持或主持完成国家自然科学基金4项(面上1项、地区2项、青年1项),江西省“双千计划”培养类科技创新高端人才(青年)项目、江西省农业关键技术课题、江西省渔业种业项目、国家自然科学基金优青培育项目(自由探索类)、江西省青年科学基金重大项目、国家留学基金委面上项目、江西省博士后择优资助项目等省部级项目7项,参与省部级以上项目6项。在项目等支持下,以第一作者/通讯作者共发表SCI和中文核心学术论文25篇,其中中科院二区及以上论文有18篇,8篇为TOP期刊论文,封面论文1篇;在A类期刊发表3篇论文。此外,担任中国水产学会水产动物营养与饲料委员会副秘书长和江西省生态饲养学会副秘书长;担任水产学报青年学术编委和Animal Feed Science and Technology(二区) 编委、全国水产名词委“水产动物营养与饲料”名词编写委员会委员;担任了《Aquaculture》、《Aquaculture Nutrition》、《Animal Feed Science and Technology》、《Aquaculture Reports》、《Aquaculture research》《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry 》、《Aquaculture and fishes》、《水生生物学》和《水产学报》等国内外期刊的审稿专家。


主持江西省高水平本科生教学团队和1项江西省高等学校教学研究课题各1项。参编2部教材编写:《Seaweed and microalgae as alternative sources of protein》和《标准化水产养殖技术》。
