李琳，1977年9月生，女，汉族，江西丰城人，硕士，高级实验师，养殖专业学位硕士导师，现为江西省饲料科学研究所副所长。主持了广西省科技厅合作项目、江西省教育厅青年项目各1项。先后参与国家重大科研课题、973、863、江西省科技支撑等多个科研项目，获实用新型专利1项，发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI收录论文10余篇。获农业部中华农业科技奖“优秀创新团队奖（等同于科研成果一等奖）”、江西省科技进步奖一等奖、江西省教学成果奖各1项。
