彭墨1986.06--,女,汉族,河南信阳人,博士,教授,硕士生导师。研究方向:水产动物营养与健康养殖。美国爱达荷大学访问学者。入选江西省双千计划首批培养类(自然科学类)科技创新高端人才(青年)项目和江西农业大学未来之星项目。主讲本科生课程《水产饲料加工工艺学》、《贝藻类栽培学》、《动物营养与饲料学》、《渔业经济管理》《淡水养殖学实验》等实验课程教学,此外主讲了研究生课程《水产动物营养与饲料及生物饵料专题》等课程现主持或主持完成国家自然科学基金3项(面上、青年和地区基金各1项)、江西省重点基金项目2项、江西省农业关键核心技术攻关项目(课题负责人)、江西省博士后择优资助项目参与国家级项目2项,省厅级项目3项。在项目等支持下,发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一作者或者通讯作者发表SCI收录论文20篇,论文登Aquaculture Nutrition 封面1 篇,发表A类或中文核心期刊2篇。此外,担任中国水产学会水产动物营养与饲料委员会副秘书长和江西省生态饲养学会副秘书长;担任水产学报青年学术编委和Animal Feed Science and Technology(二区) 编委担任了《Aquaculture》、《Aquaculture Nutrition》、《Animal Feed Science and Technology》、《Aquaculture Reports》、《Aquaculture research》《 Fish Physiology and Biochemistry 》、《Aquaculture and fishes》、《水生生物学》和《水产学报》等国内外期刊的审稿专家

 

主持江西省高水平本科生教学团队和1项江西省高等学校教学研究课题1项。参编2部教材编写:Seaweed and microalgae as alternative sources of protein》和《标准化水产养殖技术》。
